1/2 bunch flat-leaf Italian parsley, finely chopped
Juice of 15 lemons
18 to 20 egg yolks
3 one-pound bags of orzo or flat egg noodles
1 teaspoon salt, and white pepper to taste

We'll be among 30 Indie authors from the Montclair / Essex County area participating in Indie Author Day 2016 at the Montclair Public Library on Saturday, October 8th between 11 a.m and 5 p.m. This national event, sponsored by BiblioBoard, brings together local writers from various genres to meet and learn from each other and to share their work with avid book lovers. There will be author panels and lectures on self-publishing and self-marketing, as well as short author readings and book signings.

On May 2nd, co-authors Virginia Cornue and Linda Lombri set up their Sandra Troux Mysteries table at the exciting second annual Jersey Woman Expo held at Mayfair Farms in West Orange, New Jersey. This Expo was developed and sponsored by North Jersey Woman magazine to showcase women entrepreneurs in the area. it was attended by more than 1,000 women and men who support the growth of women's businesses in the state. Proceeds from exhibit fees and the sale of products went to support Jersey Battered Women's Services.
